Butterfly Release at Columbus Botanical Garden
If you or someone you know and love has been affected by cancer, then you really should check out this amazing event. Butterflies represent new life and hope, and can be spiritually uplifting! Check out this Butterfly Release Celebration at the Columbus Botanical Garden on Saturday. The West Central GA Cancer Coalition will be there and there’ll be of activities for children to enjoy while they learn about a great cause.
Indian legend about butterflies…The Legend goes…”If anyone desires a wish to come true they must capture a butterfly and whisper that wish to it.”The mission of the Butterfly Release Event is to bring awareness, celebrate life, and raise funds for cancer, to be used for support or to help the uninsured or under-insured. The day will also include some testimonies, and over 300 butterflies to be released!
