Joseph McCarthy. Payne’s sit-com-style play spotlights the period in which McCarthy’s “Red Scare” spun off an even more sinister offspring – the “Lavender Scare” – the government search for “sexual deviants.” The comedy focuses on four gay State Department employees who struggle to keep their secrets in the closet – literally.

The Campus Recreation Department of Columbus State University is hosting a Campus 2 Campus 8K race and would love for YOU to be apart of this first-ever, running experience for CSU students and the surrounding community. The goal of this 8K is to bring together the Columbus community with our student body as we run 4.97 miles from the main CSU campus to the Riverpark campus together. The race will be April 28th, 2018 and will start at 8 AM near the baseball fields at Columbus State University and run south along the Rails to Trails to finish next to Frank D Brown Hall.
